It's been said that i have a short attention span...which could explain why i tend to knit small, portable items. :-) I do love to knit large projects, especially shawls and sweaters, but most of the projects that you'll find on my needles at any given time are things like socks, mittens, diaper soakers and doll clothes.
The majority of my work is knit from my own handspun yarns, including wool, silk, mohair, angora, and even dog hair. i do occasionally work with commercially spun yarns, including acrylic, but natural fibers are, by far, my preference.
